    Awareness is the first step. We can’t make positive changes in our lives if we don’t know what thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are holding us back. Oftentimes, these beliefs around and body are passed down from generations; and you don’t want to pass them on to your own children. Here, you will start to get a better understanding of why you think and do the ways you do.

  • Reconnect

    Now that we know why we think and act the ways we do, we can do something it. Here, you will learn new coping skills, thinking exercises, and self-soothing practices to create new pathways in your brain AND more balanced relationships with food and your body, moving foward.

  • Reclaim

    Now that you have the awareness, and the ability to create more positive actions steps for yourself, you can feel more confident in your ability to model for your children what it looks like to have a healthier relationship with food and their own bodies. You aren’t just breaking these generational cycles or you. You are also doing it for them.
