Exciting News!

I have been preparing for this for 10 years.

The base of my training and experience is in working with people healing from eating disorders

After experiencing birth and postpartum traumas, I went on to get certified in Perinatal Mental Health and in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

I have gotten trained in perinatal yoga and Internal Family Systems therapy. 

And I have created a successful private practice, where I solely work with people in pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood - specifically in healing trauma and their relationships with food and body.

Along this whole path I have taken, I have collected some of the best experience, insight, thinking practices, coping skills, journaling prompts, and understanding about what lies beneath the relationship you have with food and body, and I can’t wait to share them with you all.

You want to break the cycles of food judgments, negative body image, and feeling obligated to exercise - not just for yourself, but also for your children.

I want all of this for you. Right around the corner is a course I am creating, that you can do at your own pace, and take time to practice each concept in your day-to-day lives. 

I am going to be launching a pilot program for this course very soon, and I will be needing 10-20 people to try out my program so that I can get some helpful feedback and have time to make necessary fixes before the live launch, which will be later this Fall.
