Self-Compassion Yoga Practice

I don’t know about you, but all this quarantining and rainy Seattle weather has led me to having low energy recently. I have felt caught between encouraging myself to engage in physical activity - hoping it will help lift my spirits - and recognizing my body wants rest.

For this week’s practice, I decided to choose self-compassion and balance by staying close to the ground (no standing poses today!) while also using some energizing movements (Hello, core!).
